The age of the woman at the time of tubal reversal does matter. As women age their eggs also age and become less healthy. Women are born with all the eggs they will have in a lifetime. As women age the quantity and quality of the eggs diminishes. This does not mean it is impossible to become pregnant. If a woman is still ovulating and having her periods then she is still able to become pregnant. The thing to keep in mind is that it may take longer.
