Trying To Conceive And Not Get Frustrated And Lose Hope

For tons of couples the trying to conceive stage can become nothing short of sheer frustration. What was supposed to be so easy turns out to be looking and feeling like a full time job and it isn’t any fun like it was supposed to be.

The truth is trying to conceive cannot only frustration it can cause problems in relationships and some of the strongest have buckled under the pressure. Having trouble conceiving is a true test to many relationships.

For women that have had a tubal ligation reversal the pressure seems to be on as soon as they are healed from the surgery. When it begins to be a few months in a row and still no BFP to show for it the mind starts and the worry begins to turn into a mountain.

Having the surgery, paying for the surgery and learning all of the signals our bodies give so that we can know when we ovulate is a huge task. Between taking your temp. each day and the OPK’s to trying to pinpoint ovulation and get pregnant has just become another job. This is no longer fun and it is beginning to have an effect on your relationship.

There are many times you may just want to give up and this is rue for many women including those who have not had the tubal reversal.

What have you done to help in the trying to conceive stage? Can you offer some ideas to help others out who are giving up hope?
